Spiritual Companioning is a supportive and respectful relationship in which a trained Spiritual Coach, Caregiver, or Companion walks alongside you on your personal and spiritual journey.

• Sharing Silence and Meditation – Taking quiet, reflective time together, as meditation can be healing, reassuring, and supportive.

We may begin with a time of stillness and reflective conversation—listening for what your heart and soul most need in this moment. Then, as you rest comfortably, Pendragon Reiki energy is gently channelled, helping to release tension and invite transformation. Sometimes, the insights from the companioning conversation will guide the flow of energy work; other times, the Reiki session will bring up themes we explore afterwards.
